I have no formal qualficiations, just 12 years of self teaching with all things computer and electronics related. I have a small business that I run from home on weeknights and weekends offering cheap computer repairs and television/HIFI installations.
I can make your computer run faster, usually not requiring parts to upgrade, and can make it do what you want it to do.
Because I have no qualifications, I do not charge as much as computer stores, but I believe I offer better service and do a better job. If I cannot fix it, I do not charge.
