He returned the next day and supplied two pieces of equipment to follow up on what he had done the first day. He was very competent and in control. (03/10/12 — meaghanroulston...)I cannot thank Adam enough for how prompt and wonderful he was - not only did he come out to my place on a Sunday, he was there when he said he would be and he was more than happy to assist with not only my immediate issue but also a few other less serious issues that I had which I just hadn't gotten around to getting sorted.
He completely fixed my laptop - which I was positive was broken beyond repair - and he also happily assisted myself and my partner with both our computer issues and some program issues that we had, including helping me get my whole system working properly.
He was terrific at explaining things; very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing and what he was talking about.
I was and am over the moon with the work he did and also the price he charged which was more than fair!

Adam was punctually, quickly understood my needs and got everything set up quickly explaining it to me along the way. Highly recommended, money very well spent. Adam even followed up with me on an outstanding issue a couple of days later. Great customer experience. If you have a setup that is not performing optimally give Adam a ring.
