When onsite - we charge 15min blocks. Our techs will always advise you if it would be cheaper in the workshop, or you can bring in any job at anytime. I was in a hurry and it took to long to be told my computer was not worth fixing lucky I had another computer otherwise it would have been too long before they got back to me. I had to chase them up

Yes this took longer then normal due to staff problems on end of year week. Also the laptop was booked in on a Saturday which is when the store is closed and not looked at by a tech until the following Monday. I also spent a lot of time Saturday getting data off for the customer and when I rang her Saturday night she informed me she did not need the data anymore as she had got it from work, would of been nice to be told that earlier also, but I understand that when you are in a rush things get forgotten. Also customer was not charged for this time to recover data on the Saturday. Only the quote fee and nothing more.
