He took the hassle and the stress out of transferring everything out of my very old computer and putting them back into my new one and setting everything up! Same day service after work hours, friendly, knowledgeable and he explained what he was doing each step of the process and didn't have the air of arrogance or superiority that some techies have. His rates are also very good for the service he provides. After so many years of trying to find someone competent with good people skills, and importantly, who offers a very quick turnaround on home services, I have now used Dave 4 times with excellent results each time.
