Mac Desktop Service in Ferntree Gully (Postcode 3156)

Hi, If it is feedback that you want. This is the second time that I have used Nearby Nerds and after this last visit I doubt that I will be using Nearby Nerds again. What started out to be a clean up of my network and adding of extra Ram in my Imac and my Mac book Pro and a payment of $695 I am left with a computer running worse off than it was before. I have software that will not run and then the computer freezes and locks up. The only way to restart is to remove the power socket and leave the computer down for a couple of minutes then restart. After a phone call to Geoff Wallace I followed his advice and System clean and of course the problem still exists. As far as I know the Job is NOT complete until the computer is working as good as it was before this so called repair job. As with paying any more money for a repair to fix a problem. I would like to get somebody else who knows Mac to fix the stuff up.
Cheers Brian Ezard.
