About Me: 
I'm an undergraduate studying Computer Engineering at La Trobe University. While I lived on campus I worked there as an IT Officer for the residential colleges on campus, helping out people with any network problems they had, using computers with a range of operating systems & languages. I have a lot of experience with wireless home networks, troubleshooting internet connections and setting up home theaters (including Xbox 360). I'm familiar with a range of operating systems including Windows 7, Vista & XP and Macs. I have my own car, so I can easily do housecalls.

paid 50 dollars as told pc fixed. Its not. Nerd should have stated he was unable to identify problem & not charged

PC was working when left client, only charged client for 1.5 hrs despite diagnosing and working on problems for 3. Have provided up front and honest information to client about the issue.
