I'm an ICT nerd working in the telecommunications industry for the last 10 yrs. I've worked with PC's and Apple Mac for many years mainly building new systems, fault finding and configuring equipment. I also specialise in VoIP and implementing IP telephony systems for small to medium businesses and SOHO environments.
