(27/01/12 — munrok)I am very happy to recommend Pedram - he was courteous, patient, and willing to explain what he was doing as he completed each step of of the job. The job took quite a bit longer than either of us expected (definitely not Pedram's fault as it was due to limitations in the hardware which took a while to identify). Pedram worked his way through each stage of the job methodically, logically and carefully . He was willing to listen to and accomodate my priorities without imposing his views. This job involved setting up a network with a TV and a PC to facilitate streaming - it was something he had not done before and he accomplished it very successfully by being adaptable and gave me sound advice along the way.
