I can only base my rating according to the structure and amount of data retrieved. Firstly, there were two folders of data which originally held all my receipts. Those two folders were retrieved with no data contained in it. Neither was the receipts found in any other area of the retrieved data so it was totally lost. Secondly, much of the data that was downloaded was repeated under different headings so there will be a lot of cutting and pasting to put all the data under their correct headings and also deleting of useless data. I did have a backup of the data back in September which meant I would have to spend a lot of time to update till now. I feel fixing the data which was retrieved by NearbyNerds will take just as much time to fix so I am actually no better off. I appreciate the difficulty in retrieving the data so I can give you a three.

In future I think its best to engage NearbyNerds who live in the area so I can contact to fix any remaining problems at a later date. My time spent at the computer varies and I am not always available directly after the computer was fixed to have a look at the repair and what problems might arise out of that process. Furthermore, I should not be expected to give an immediate feedback for that very reason of availability.
