I haven't owned a computer I haven't built myself since I was 11 and have NEVER taken a computer to the shop for repairs. Can handle anything from custom PC builds and networking to fault finding and repairs with anything in between. I speak totally fluent English, and am good at explaining all those technical details in easy to understand terms. One thing I can't help you with is Mac's, but thats about it.
