My laptop was infected with a rouge anti-virus or spyware. Tuan responded to my request for help almost immediately. He came over within the next few hours and got to work trying to find the rogue file. Although he didn't succeed at first, he came back the next evening and was able to remove the spyware soon after. He was very helpful and efficient, and all for a very low price. I highly recommend him!
