I'm a 19 year old guy who is a computer science and mechatronic engineering student at UWA. I work as a network technician at Mindarie Senior College, and as a software tester for Beacon who are situated in Perth. I'm a nice, easy going guy. I have a large working knowledge of computers seeing as I seem to spend all my time around them, be it programming, web site design, repairing computers, removing viruses, suggesting new computers. I've been the local IT expert since I came to live here in my dorm and I've also been the network administrator for awhile now, I've also got my CCNA qualification. I have a lot of experience explaining to people how to use computer with common sense, having to deal with at least one case every single day here. By far, there hasn't been any case that I failed to fix. But I'm a very reasonable person, so, I'm not going to charge if I ever fail. I am a final year student at the University of Western Australia completing a quadruple major in a bachelor of commerce. I have been working for a few years doing office work on computers. I have been required to fix the usual computer issues that most households encounter. I also fix other general electrical and other technologically related issues around the house.

I have been working with computers since the 70s and I've seen almost everything. I like to help people and no problem is too small or too stupid for me. I also enjoy a challenge so if no-one else can fix your issue I am willing to give it a try. I am sympathetic to people's frustrations when things don't work the way they should and I like to get computers back on track. I am a programmer and have spent several years in network management. These days I also develop and write for websites. I am familiar with PCs and Macs and with most software used on them.
