We specialise in helping with technology. If you have a mac or pc we can help with repairs, training, software etc. Our hourly rates may be higher than others on this site but we will fix the problem faster leading to a lower bill. We can also help with programming and web design work.
- Cert 4 IT (Networking), but I like to think I have more skills than what my qualifications would dictate
- System builder (hardware, OS (Windows primarily) setup & config)
- Assistance with system diagnostics (troubleshooting & virus removal), data backup, component upgrades and network configuration
- At least 3 years experience in corporate/office helpdesk environments
I have had over 5 years experience in personal computer troubleshooting, including time with the Australian Computer Doctors.
